Big Blend's SPIRIT OF AMERICA Tour

Connecting America as a Family to America's Best Idea, by Visiting all 397 National Parks, to Enhance Quality of Life and Financial Stability, through Education, Communication, Preservation and Sustainable Practices.


Big Blend's SPIRIT OF AMERICA TOUR is an effort to promote the full funding and protection of our 397 National Parks. Our goal is to visit each of the National Parks by the end of the National Parks Centennial, on August 25, 2017. During these visits we will be hosting live on location radio broadcasts from the National Park gateway communities, as well as producing videos, editorial pieces and radio shows for each of our ten online radio and video magazines as listed below. It is our intention to showcase not only the beauty and historic heritage of America’s Best Idea, but to show how they add to America's quality of life, as well as the economic and environmental benefits of fully funding, staffing, protecting and expanding our National Park system, especially for the gateway communities. We  have also teamed up with the Quantum Learning Center in Oceanside, California in a commitment to spread the 8 Keys of Excellence to 50 million children and young adults, through contact with parents and teachers, by 2015.
